TO THE CANANDAIGUA OFFICE (470 South Pearl Street, Canandaigua) - It’s very easy to find us…simply follow the blue hospital signs. Thompson hospital is located on Parrish Street and we’re only 1/8 mile away on the corners of South Pearl Street and Parrish Street.

TO THE HONEOYE OFFICE (9 Honeoye Commons, Honeoye) - We are right across the street from the school and in the same plaza as CVS Pharmacy.
